All orders are processed within:

As many of our products are made to order using 3D printing, processing times may vary depending on:
- Product complexity
- Order volume
- Material availability
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Methods
We ship orders using the following carriers:
- UPS (primary carrier)
- PostNord Logistics
- DHL
The shipping provider is selected based on destination, size, and service availability.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- Sweden
- European Union (EU)
- International destinations (worldwide)
5. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary:

Please note that delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or peak periods.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are:
- Calculated at checkout based on location and package size
Free Shipping Offer
- We offer free shipping on orders over 1000 SEK
- This threshold applies to the order total after discounts and before any applicable taxes or duties
- Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when eligible
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the EU:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees
- These charges are determined by the destination country
Jzon Fabrications has no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped:
- You will receive a tracking number via email
- Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier
9. Delays & Lost Shipments
While we strive to ensure timely delivery:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors
- If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in locating it
10. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
11. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the package and contents
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
