At Jzon Fabrications, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and how returns are handled in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right:
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
- You then have an additional 14 days to return the item

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
🔧 Custom-made products
- Items that are made to order, customized, or personalized
- This includes most 3D printed products manufactured on demand
Digital products
- Digital files (e.g. STL files) once downloaded or accessed
These exclusions are in accordance with EU law.

4. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return instructions before sending the item
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- We are not responsible for items lost in return transit

7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the issue
If confirmed:
- We will offer a replacement or full refund
- We will cover any return shipping costs

9. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
- Custom-made or made-to-order products
- Digital downloads after delivery
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly
- Normal wear and tear

10. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
