Return & Refund Policy
At Jzon Fabrications, we design and manufacture specialized 3D-printed PC hardware, components, stands, racks, and accessories. We want you to be happy with your purchase and aim to handle returns, damaged products, and other issues fairly and efficiently.
This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made directly through jzonfabrications.com.
1. Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

After notifying us, the product must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
2. Return Conditions
Returned products should be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, compatibility, and function.
You may inspect the product in a similar way to how you would reasonably inspect it in a physical store.
Products should, where reasonably possible, be returned:
Complete and with all supplied parts and accessories.
Without damage caused by improper use, installation, modification, or handling.
In suitable protective packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and function.
Opening the package or carefully inspecting the product does not by itself prevent you from exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
3. Return Shipping
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning a product when exercising the 14-day right of withdrawal.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and packaging the product securely.
Jzon Fabrications cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged due to inadequate packaging or while being transported by a return carrier selected by the customer.
If a return is required because we supplied an incorrect, defective, or otherwise non-conforming product, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by Jzon Fabrications where required by applicable law.
Please contact us before returning a defective or incorrect product so that we can provide appropriate instructions.
4. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, eligible refunds include the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option available for the original order.
Additional shipping charges resulting from your choice of a more expensive shipping method, such as express or expedited delivery, are not refundable beyond the cost of our standard delivery option.
Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than required by applicable consumer law. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
5. Customized and Personalized Products
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to products that are:
Manufactured according to specifications individually provided by the customer;
Clearly personalized for the customer; or
Specifically modified from our standard product at the customer’s request.
Examples may include products manufactured with customer-specific dimensions, personalized text or logos, custom mounting configurations, or other individually requested modifications.
A standard Jzon Fabrications product manufactured after an order is placed is not considered customized solely because it is produced on demand.
Any applicable statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.
6. 3D-Printed Products
Many Jzon Fabrications products are manufactured using FDM 3D printing.
Due to the nature of this manufacturing process, minor cosmetic variations may occur between individual products. These can include:
Visible layer lines;
Minor surface texture variations;
Small marks from supports or manufacturing;
Slight variations in finish;
Minor dimensional variations within reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
These characteristics are normal for FDM-manufactured products and are not necessarily considered defects.
However, this does not limit your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, materially different from its description, or otherwise does not conform to the purchase agreement.
7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

Your order number;
A description of the problem; and
Photographs of the product and packaging where reasonably possible and relevant.
Photographs help us identify shipping damage or manufacturing problems more quickly, but requesting photographs does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include:
Replacement parts;
Repair;
Replacement of the product;
A price reduction; or
A full or partial refund.
We will work with you to determine an appropriate solution.
8. Damage Caused by Installation or Use
Jzon Fabrications products must be installed and used appropriately and in accordance with any supplied product information or assembly instructions.
We are generally unable to accept claims for damage caused after delivery by circumstances such as:
Incorrect assembly or installation;
Excessive force or overtightening of screws;
Modification of the product;
Use outside the product’s stated purpose or compatibility;
Improper storage or exposure to excessive heat;
Accidents or external damage; or
Normal wear and tear.
This section does not exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
9. Compatibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing the compatibility information, dimensions, and specifications provided on the relevant product page before purchasing.
If you are uncertain whether a Jzon Fabrications product is compatible with your hardware, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to assist.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, purchasing an incompatible standard product does not remove that right.
10. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at:
If production or fulfilment has not progressed too far, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order before shipment.
For standard products, your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
Customized or personalized products may become non-cancellable once production has begun where an applicable exception to the statutory right of withdrawal applies.
11. Digital Products
Where Jzon Fabrications sells downloadable digital products, such as STL, 3MF, or other digital design files, different withdrawal rules may apply.
Where permitted by applicable law, the customer’s right of withdrawal for digital content may end once delivery or downloading begins, provided that the customer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that this results in the loss of the right of withdrawal.
Any applicable terms regarding digital products, including licensing and permitted use, may also be specified on the relevant product page or in separate license terms.
12. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable Swedish or European Union consumer protection law.
If there is a conflict between this policy and mandatory consumer protection legislation, the applicable legislation will take precedence.
