All orders are processed within:

  • 1–3 business days

As many of our products are made to order using 3D printing, processing times may vary depending on:

  • Product complexity
  • Order volume
  • Material availability

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

3. Shipping Methods

We ship orders using the following carriers:

  • UPS (primary carrier)
  • PostNord Logistics
  • DHL

The shipping provider is selected based on destination, size, and service availability.

We currently ship to:

  • Sweden
  • European Union (EU)
  • International destinations (worldwide)

 

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary:

Please note that delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or peak periods.

Shipping costs are:

  • Calculated at checkout based on location and package size

Free Shipping Offer

  • We offer free shipping on orders over 1000 SEK
  • This threshold applies to the order total after discounts and before any applicable taxes or duties
  • Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when eligible

 

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the EU:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees
  • These charges are determined by the destination country

Jzon Fabrications has no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost.

 

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email
  • Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier

 

9. Delays & Lost Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors
  • If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in locating it

 

10. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

 

11. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the package and contents

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
