1. Overview

At Jzon Fabrications, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and how returns are handled in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
  • You then have an additional 14 days to return the item

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Items that are made to order, customized, or personalized
  • This includes most 3D printed products manufactured on demand

  • Digital files (e.g. STL files) once downloaded or accessed

These exclusions are in accordance with EU law.

4. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return instructions before sending the item

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • We are not responsible for items lost in return transit

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5โ€“10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue

If confirmed:

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund
  • We will cover any return shipping costs

9. Print Tolerance Disclaimer

All products sold by Jzon Fabrications are manufactured using 3D printing technology.

Due to the nature of this process:

  • Minor surface imperfections, layer lines, and slight variations may occur
  • Small dimensional tolerances may be present
  • These characteristics are normal and do not constitute defects

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept these inherent properties of 3D printed items.

10. Assembly Responsibility

Some products require assembly and may include or require additional components such as screws, inserts, or tools.

  • Customers are responsible for proper assembly and installation
  • Damage caused by incorrect assembly, over-tightening, or improper use is not covered under refunds or returns
  • We recommend following provided instructions carefully

If you are unsure about assembly, please contact us before proceeding.

11. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products
  • Digital downloads after delivery
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic variations consistent with 3D printing tolerances

12. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
